Training Specialist Associated Wholesalers, Inc., a leader in the grocery wholesale distribution field, has an opportunity for an experienced Training Specialist. This position is responsible for developing and delivering training programs within the warehouse, implementing appropriate programs, evaluating effectiveness and maintaining records. Additional duties include working closely with newly hired warehouse employees, ensuring successful completion of the training program. The hours for this position are 2:00pm-11:00pm, Monday thru Wednesday; Thursday and Friday 7:00am-4:00pm. The successful candidate should possess a college degree plus one to two years of professional experience in training, preferably in a warehouse setting; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
