Senior Practitioners Forum

Concept
To offer a forum for sharing information and discussing advanced HRD issues for senior HRD professionals.

Mission Statement
The Senior Practitioners Forum is a community of senior HRD professionals who come together in the spirit of collaboration and continuous learning, in order to:

  • Share resources, expertise and best practices.
  • Encourage professional growth.
  • Enable the best in one another.
  • Identify and refer consulting opportunities.
  • Support other, less experienced, professionals in their professional growth.

Membership
The Forum is open to all senior HRD practitioners with 10 or more years in the HRD field and currently employed at a managerial or director level HRD position within an organization or as a independent consultant.
Membership in RATO or the Eastern PA ASTD Chapter is required.

Next Meeting

We are on vacation for the summer. Check back for information about our next meeting in September.

Code of Ethics
Members of the Senior Practitioners Forum will:

  • Create and maintain a “safe”, non-competitive environment.
  • Not misuse information received from other forum members to further our own gains at a forum member’s expense.
  • Ask for the other person’s guidance and permission, when in doubt, regarding the ethics of a specific situation.
  • Maintain confidentiality of forum meetings and discussions. What is said within the group stays within the group.
  • Represent our credentials, qualifications, experience and ability fairly and accurately to other forum members.
  • Value each other’s personal and professional differences.
  • Provide honest, caring feedback to each other.
  • Limit membership to senior HRD practitioners as defined under Membership.
  • Require new members to join either RATO or the Eastern PA ASTD Chapter.
